Registered behavior technician

Location: Indianapolis

Hours: 8:30-4:30 

As an RBT, you will provide individualized therapy, work with Behavior Analysts and other Autism Companion Services staff, train and support patients as they acquire and develop new skills, collect data on program goals, and receive in-depth training with opportunities to grow into future responsibilities within the company.

Job Requirements:

● Provide ABA Therapy to patients

● 1+ years of ABA therapy experience as a Registered Behavior Technician

● Willing to conduct ABA therapy in-home or in center

● Experience working with children with special needs/autism preferred

● Able to become First Aid/CPR certified

● Able to effectively operate a computer/tablet and learn new software

● High School diploma or equivalent

● Eager to continue learning and developing skills within Applied Behavior Analysis

● Excellent communication skills

● Able to pass a background check

● Ability to perform other assigned duties/tasks
