Meet OUR TEAM

Jane Hornett, Founder/Owner


 Autism Companion Services founder, Jane Hornett, has a 23 year old daughter with autism and has been very involved with the autism community for 16 years.  Jane has started up a local non profit organization focused on families affected by autism from 2006-2009. She has done a start up autism magazine for the local community and has been involved significantly as an employee and consultant perspective for several local ABA centers.  Jane has started up four major social media pages for new and existing families affected by autism in Hamilton County and Indianapolis area. She brings significant connections and strength in family connections, local pediatricians and overall guidance for many families affected by autism.  She is also a trained advocate for families who have children with autism struggling in both private and public schools advocating for better written IEP's (Individual Education Plan) while attending case conferences.  Jane and her husband Steve live in Westfield.


Jessie Albertson, Clinical Lead - BCBA

    Jessie is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with experience working with individuals with autism,  from ages 2-25. She has worked with the autism population for 10 years,  but has worked primarily with teens and adolescents for the last 6 years  in clinical, school, community, and home settings. Jessie has her Masters degree in Education. Jessie is extremely passionate  about working with clients that engage in problem behavior and  implementing treatment to reduce the problem behavior and improve not  only their quality of life, but the lives of their families.  .    

Jasmine Smith, BCBA

 Jasmine is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, who has experience with all age groups - from young children up to young adults. She has worked  within a  school, clinical, and home-based settings for over 6 years. She has grown from a program manager, clinical assistant and now a certified Behavior Analyst. Jasmine has a passion for social skill development and looks forward to continuing her skill training in sign language and science based augmentative communication for individuals with autism.     .    

Shelby Williams, BCBA

Shelby Williams, BCBA

Shelby is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who has experience with young children all the way up to young adults with Autism and other developmental disabilities. She has worked in the clinic setting for almost 5 years now. With a Bachelor’s degree in Speech Pathology and her Master’s in ABA, Shelby is most passionate about providing individuals with the communication tools they need to be set up for success in life whether that be vocal, Augmentative and Alternative Communication, or sign language.  

Annah Dalenberg, BCBA

 Annah is a board certified behavior analyst with over 7 years experience working in the school, home, and clinic setting. She has a drive to create fun and natural learning opportunities for individuals to functionally communicate for themselves throughout all settings. 

Kristina Denton, Collaborative Connections Director

  

Kristina is a Registered Behavior Technician with over a decade of combined experience in early childhood development, mental health, and applied behavior analysis. She graduated from Ball State University with an undergraduate degree in Social Work with a minor in Counseling Psychology and Educational Psychology. Through real-life experience, professional development, and dedication to understanding her clients’ experiences of the world, Kristina prioritizes unraveling the most complex presentations of the Autism diagnosis with simplicity and compassion.

Donna Stovall, RBT Trainer

  

Donna is a Registered Behavior Technician with experience working with children with autism, from ages 2 and up. She has over 3 years experience in the clinical setting. Donna comes from a family that is very active in the autism community. Donna has a passion for helping other registered behavior technicians learn and develop new skills to use within ACS for their team of therapists providing in center, in home and in school settings.

Danielle Degitz, Safety Care Trainer

   Danielle is a Registered Behavior Technician who has over three years of experience in the field and has worked in center, in home and in school with children and adults with autism. Danielle’s passion is helping those in need by providing the best care she can and thrives working with those who have high magnitude behaviors.   

Dr. Lisa Minor PhD, Licensed Clinical Psychologist, BCBA D

Lisa Minor is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Licensed Psychologist with more than 10 years of experience working with individuals with autism in school, home, center, and residential settings. She completed postdoctoral training in autism diagnosis and treatment at Riley Hospital for Children/IU School of Medicine. Most recently, she gained extensive experience in Verbal Behavior therapy.  Lisa is passionate about providing evidence-based services to children with autism and their families. Lisa is a consultant, providing Autism diagnostic testing for Autism Companion Services. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, baking, and spending time with her family. 

Dr. Teri Krakovich PhD, Licensed Clinical Psychologist

Teri is a clinical psychologist who provides evidence-based mental and behavioral health care for individuals and families across the lifespan, consultation to agencies and communities, training, education, and supervision. Teri is a consultant, providing Autism diagnostic testing for Autism Companion Services. She also has a brother with Autism.  Teri is the founder of Acheive Quality of Life, which offers programs, services, and resources to improve the health and well-being of individuals with Autism and their family members. .

Emily Diekhoff, MS, CCC-SLP

 Emily is a certified speech-language pathologist who specializes in providing speech therapy services for children with autism as well as individuals with complex communication needs that require the use of Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC). Emily is passionate about creating fun, functional opportunities to support speech and language development as well as empowering parents and professionals through education and involvement to help children become effective and efficient communicators.
