Enrollment process

Connect with us today to find out if your insurance covers ABA and our offered services.  We currently accept the following insurances:  Medicaid;  Traditional and Cenpatico/ MHS, Commercial: Aetna, Anthem, Cigna, United (Optum, UHC,UMR,UBH)

Once you have committed to join our center family, we will receive authorization from insurance to conduct your child's evaluation.  This is done in center and with our BCBA D.  Once complete we will submit to insurance for authorization.

Once we receive authorization for services we will confirm a start date and begin ABA therapy.  This process takes about 30 days until services begin.  We are a proven team with much experience in our enrollment process.
